I completed my master’s degree in counseling at DePaul University in 2019. I am in the process of earning my Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner credentials. I have completed the first year of a three year training and I deeply enjoy integrating somatic therapy into my work with clients. 

I am passionate about advocating for clients and meeting them where they are in their mental health journey and stage of life. I have experience in trauma, crisis intervention, Mental Health First Aid, school-based counseling, and neurodiversity. I enjoy working with a clients of all ages and life stages.

My approach with clients is trauma informed and individualized. I meet clients where they are at. My goal is that my clients feel heard, seen, and validated when coming to therapy. I am always actively learning and studying through Somatic work, continuing education classes, reading, and attending conferences.
