Expert Support While You're Expecting
Our Approach
We come alongside expectant moms navigating the emotional changes of pregnancy and help them make sense of their experiences with compassion and without judgment. Together, we explore thought and behavior patterns that may increase stress, worry, or emotional overwhelm during this season of change.
We provide guidance, reassurance, and practical strategies so that moms can feel more grounded, supported, and connected to themselves as they move through pregnancy and prepare for birth and postpartum life.
Compassion is at the core of our work, for yourself and others. We gently challenge the idea that you need to “have it all together” during pregnancy, and we help dismantle societal pressures that can add unnecessary stress during this deeply meaningful transition.
A Typical Session
During a 55–60 minute session, your therapist will listen deeply without judgment. You are encouraged to share updates about your emotional experience, physical changes, and any challenges that arise throughout your pregnancy. Sessions may include:
- Guided imagery to explore emotions and prepare for upcoming transitions
- Body scanning to gently tune into physical sensations, stress, and connection with your body
- Cognitive and behavioral tools to manage worry and shifting thoughts
- Techniques to regulate emotions and reduce overwhelm
- Developing supportive, practical plans for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care
Our compassionate counselors are here to provide ongoing, personalized support to help you feel more grounded, confident, and supported as you navigate pregnancy and prepare for this next chapter.

How Therapy Works
Frequently Asked Questions
Will therapy continue after my baby is born?
Yes, if you choose. Many clients continue into the postpartum period for ongoing support as they adjust to new routines, identity changes, and caring for a newborn.
How can therapy support my relationship during pregnancy?
Therapy can help you communicate more openly, navigate changes together, and strengthen your connection as you prepare for parenthood.
Do I need a specific reason to start therapy during pregnancy?
Not at all. You don’t need a crisis to benefit, therapy can simply be a space for support, reflection, and preparation.
