About Autumn

Since becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults of all ages through some of life’s most meaningful transitions—whether it’s starting college, navigating marriage, changing careers, facing divorce, or adjusting to an empty nest. I believe therapy works best when it’s sought with intention, and when both client and therapist show up with openness, honesty, and mutual respect.

My approach is both warm and direct, blending empathy with gentle accountability. I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, always striving to create a space that feels safe, affirming, and grounded in real connection. I believe that change is possible at any stage of life—often sparked by small, intentional steps taken over time.

I view each person through a holistic lens, honoring the unique mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual aspects that shape their experience. I’m here to walk alongside you as you explore what’s next, navigate what’s hard, and embrace what’s possible.

On a more personal note, I’m married with children, I love animals and have been a foster mom to some sweet dogs. I have a BS in Business (Accounting) from DePaul University and a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Judson University. I love being outdoors, growing plants, and getting creative with crafts. My favorite books are The Little Prince and Pride and Prejudice, and I’ve enjoyed playing a variety of sports—including running a Disney half marathon!
