CAREERS
A supportive practice for therapists who care deeply
Sarah Cline, LCSW & Associates is an established therapy practice serving teens, adults, and parents across Illinois. Our work is rooted in safety, respect, and thoughtful, relationship-based care.
We believe clinicians do their best work when they feel supported and trusted. Our practice is intentionally structured to offer flexibility, collaboration, and a steady referral base, while maintaining high clinical and ethical standards.
We provide individual therapy in both in-person and virtual formats. Our clinicians work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, OCD, depression, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and perinatal and reproductive mental health. Much of our work involves supporting parents, caregivers, and individuals navigating complex emotional experiences. We approach this work with warmth, professionalism, and a deep respect for each client’s lived experience.
Where safety, skill, and humanity meet.
