What to Expect in a Session
Caregiver-Infant Dyadic Therapy sessions are designed to be a safe, supportive space where you and your baby can connect, heal, and grow together. Each session lasts one hour and takes place at our office.

Do you take insurance for Caregiver-Infant Dyadic Therapy?
Of course! We want to make this support as accessible as possible. We accept BCBS PPO and also offer a private pay option at $155 per session. If you have any questions about payment or coverage, we’re happy to walk you through your options.

Meet Lauren
Lauren Rapp, LSW is an infant, perinatal, and maternal psychotherapist dedicated to providing trauma-informed and play-based support to caregivers and their young children, ages 6 to 18 months. With deep knowledge of the perinatal period and its unique challenges, she understands how early experiences, including birth trauma, medical interventions, and parental adjustment, shape both caregiver-infant relationships and long-term well-being.
Lauren’s approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and deeply attuned to both your well-being and your baby’s development. Whether you’re seeking reassurance, healing, or new ways to connect, these sessions provide a nurturing foundation for you both.
